The Grievance Redressal Cell was formed to address the student grievances. The Cell enables a student to express feelings by initiating and pursuing the grievance procedure in accordance with the rules and regulations of the College. This ensures a fair, impartial and consistent way for redressal of various issues faced by the stakeholders. Any stakeholder of St Thomas College of Engineering with a genuine grievance may approach Grievance Redressal Cell.
A grievance means a feeling of resentment over something believed to be wrong related with the functioning of the institution that is unfair or unjust.The committee always maintains the confidentiality of information throughout the process.
