The NSS volunteers of STCET unit number 318 & 553 organized an “Onathin Oru Oon” program under KTU Care Coordinators and collected 151 meals from college colleagues and faculties. Along with a Mahabali , they distributed them to the people who need the meal at the District Hospital, Chengannoor, Railway Station, Chengannoor, and Bus Stand Chengannoor. This is a wonderful gesture by the our volunteers, and it is a great way to celebrate the spirit of Onam. Onam is a time for giving and sharing, and the NSS volunteers are setting a great example for others. I am particularly glad to hear that the NSS volunteers included a Mahabali in their program. Mahabali is a beloved figure in Kerala, and his inclusion in the program makes it even more special. NSS volunteers’ program was a success and that they were able to bring some joy to the people who received the meals. I also hope that their gesture will inspire others to give back to their communities, especially during this time of year.Thank you to the NSS volunteers for their dedication to community service and for their efforts to make the world a better place.
