Yoga Day Programme

Mass Yoga Sessions: One of the main highlight of thE Yoga Day is the large-scale yoga session, which had been also conducted at our college auditorium in collaboration with NSS UNIT 318 & 553. This session was led by yoga instructor Mr. Sudheesh, Pytric School of Yoga and invited first year students and NSS volunteers of our college to participate. The aim is to create awareness about yoga and encourage them to experience its physical and mental benefits. He conducted demonstrations to showcase different yoga asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing exercises), and meditation techniques. This session served as a learning opportunity for beginners and a chance for experienced practitioners to deepen their practice.
