OBJECTIVES
The Faculty Development Programme aims to build faculty expertise in resilient infrastructure design across key civil engineering domains. It covers Seismic-resistant structural analysis using ABAQUS/ANSYS, Foundation and slope stability,
Flexible pavement design with IRC tools,
Water and wastewater system modeling and
Climate-resilient irrigation infrastructure.
The programme emphasizes practical tools, sustainable practices,
and adaptive solutions to prepare faculty for advancing resilience-
focused education and research.
